This is a video I found on you tube of my highschool bowling team. They used a song that they did not site but they were close to following a 30 second rule. They actually used 40 seconds of the song and should have just used thirty seconds. It also says that ten percent of the work can be used and still abide by copyright laws. It is very possible that the part of the song was only ten percent of the whole song. I think that they probably should have credited the song at the end though.
