I added a picture of my family and a playlist that my sister created but I listen to. The picture of my family is important to me because they are the reason I am the way I am. As for the playlist...well this describes me pretty well. I listen to pretty much anything and don't know many songs, singers, bands, etc....hence why I listen to my sister's playlist.

My Technology Background and Goals

I have very little technology background. I have spent time on the Internet, written papers on Microsoft word, created a couple Power Points, and that is about it. For some reason technology is intimidating to me. There is so much to know, so many ways to do the same thing, shortcuts, tools, buttons, the list goes on. I want to be able to feel more secure in using technology in my life. I know that it is extremely important and as time goes on it will become even more prevalent in the classroom. Technology can be used to help teach my students biological concepts better as it is described by two college students at Haverford College. I want to be able to use technology to improve communication skills with my students and be able to use technology to share my beliefs (whether it be religious, educational, etc.) with others.
